Heyz.
It's 11.35am now. In 2 hours and 25 minutes it will be my biology exam. Sigh.
I hate bio. The only reason I took it is cos I hate physics more than bio. Lol. The only part I like about bio would have to be genetics. Actually my interest lies in the field of genetic engineering...and all the excellent possibilities it can project in my writing.
Yes I'm obsessed hehe.
Just checked my email, and Kanaii says that she's afraid that I'll forget her. She doesn't really have to worry about that. I have too few friends in real life to forget the few that I really do have. I mean, most of my friends are more like aqquaintances than actually friends. Even my "best" friend in real life is, in my book, classified under close-but-not-quite friend.
Sad, isn't it? It really is a pity that me and Kanaii are in 2 different countries. We would really have hit it off if we could meet each other. The only problem being, if we did know each other in real life from the start, I doubt we may have been friends at all, since we might not have gotten to actually know each other well.
My point for saying that is like, we're so radically different on the outside, but so similar underneath. The first barrier in knowing people in real life is getting past the outside to see the person underneath...which is the one that really matters.
I'm grateful that I know Kanaii online first. It gave us the chance to explore our similarities instead of focusing on our outward differences. (she looks sophisticated, I look scruffy)
Ah well, I'm getting all philosophical again. Musn't do that right now, need to focus for exam later!!
